Does South Street Development Group provide Parking & Storage?
Three levels of underground will provide a combined total of 1,161 vehicle parking spaces for both commercial and residential uses, including 547 residential, 91 visitor, and four car share stalls.
All residential parking spaces are to be provided with an energized outlet for electrical vehicle charging.
Bicycle storage will accommodate 1,081 bikes underground. An additional 120 spots for visitors will be available at grade in racks distributed throughout the property. In addition, each residential building will include a bike maintenance station.
Loading space is provided for by two large size truck spaces and seven medium-size truck spaces at grade.
