Avalon Mews—New life for a historic part of Vancouver
The Avalon Dairy Farm was the last working farm in the city of Vancouver, operating right up until June of 2011. The 1.25 acre site was sold to developers, but the project got stuck in the zoning and government approval process for years.
Now, with the plan finally approved, a bold new development is coming to the Killarney community. Local residents overwhelmingly approve the townhouse idea, and demand should be strong. Sign up above and I’ll keep you updated and grant you VIP access.
