Parking for 224 vehicles will be accommodated in three and a half levels of the podium, including 137 for residents and 87 for commercial and retail tenants who will also be served by three medium-size loading spaces. Bicycle storage will have a capacity of 284 spaces. Another 35 bicycle stalls will be available for short-term usage by visitors.
