SHAPE has joined Cadillac Fairview and GBL Architects to redevelop CF Richmond Centre into a 27-acre mixed-use, master-planned community. There will be something for everyone. New open-air street fronts with shops, restaurants, and entertainment will be added, transforming CF Richmond Centre from a top-calibre shopping centre into a complete shopping destination. Over 150,000 sq ft of amenities include serene outdoor sky gardens and tranquil public spaces nestled amongst lively streets. More than 2,000 new homes with sophisticated designs, city views, terraces, and upscale features will combine to create an exclusive living experience. Expected Completion for CF Richmond Centre
Phase 1 construction to begin in 2019 with an estimated three to four years required for completion. Construction of Phase 2 to begin in 2022. Final completion is estimated to be late 2026.
