    In addition to amenities located within individual buildings, Lelem will include a 15,000 sq ft community centre, daycare for 40 children, supermarket, retail shops, restaurants, and a park. Approximately 63% of the Lelem site will be devoted to parks, trails, greenways, wetlands, and open areas.
