Cressey is the developer and they have a great reputation having built condo towers such as the Donovan at 1055 Richards Street and the Elan at 1255 Seymour Street.

At Maddox Vancouver there will be no studio suites. One bedrooms will start from $350,000 with parking starting from 497sf with no balcony. There will be 30 different floor plans, Expect two bedrooms to start from $570,000 from around 844 square feet.
How Much will the Deposits be at Maddox Vancouver?
The deposit at Maddox is 20% in total with 10% payable upon an accepted offer and then another 5% in 90 days and then the final 5%, 210 days from acceptance of the offer.
Water or City Views? Both!
Expect Western and Southern exposure suites to have some water views of False Creek and English Bay and the rest of the suites to have great City Views of Yaletown, Downtown, and the West End.
Maddox Downtown Floor Plans
Maddox will be fully air conditioned with a heat pump and will have a Conceirge, fitness room with his & hers steam rooms. Maddox will have an 8 story separate mini building that will be all 2 level lofts and townhouses running along Rolston Street which will be zoned work live. A 1000sf retail space on the main level of the mini building is expected to be a coffee shop. There are two 1500sf penthouse suites that can be joined to create a custom 3000sf penthouse suite.

Future Road Changes Around Maddox Vancouver
The City of Vancouver has a plan to remove the Granville Loops, which will significantly reduce noise and traffic speeds around Rolston Crescent and the area around Maddox (See Below)
When will it be Finished?
Fall 2013 is the tentative completion date for Maddox. The lot the building is to be built on has been cleared for some time.
