Amenities at The Paramount
Residents will enjoy exclusive access to the Paramount Private Club, as well as a Spa and Wellness Centre. Adjacent to these indoor amenities, on the podium roof, will be a landscaped courtyard with water features. A 19,000 sq ft, city-owned Early Childhood Development Hub serving 87 young children will include space for up to four child care programs, as well as offices and multi-purpose spaces for child and family development services. The hub’s family support programs include meeting spaces, multipurpose rooms, and a kitchen. A 9,000 sq ft dedicated playground will be located on the podium roof.

Approximately 30,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor will be devoted to retail and restaurant uses. To the north, a large city block-wide site is to become a new bus mall that will more conveniently integrate the various bus routes that feed into the Canada Line at Richmond-Brighouse Station.

Parking and Storage
A three-level parkade will accommodate seven loading spaces and a total of 856 vehicles, including 572 market residential, 24 affordable residential, 109 shared visitor, 83 shared commercial, 135 office, 49 childcare, and two car share stalls. Class 1 spaces for 722 bicycles will also be available, as well as 69 at grade for shared short-term use. Each residential tower will have a bicycle repair and maintenance station.
