Parc Elise is the latest development by DAVA Developments, an up and coming real estate company who made its mark in Richmond before entering the Vancouver market with both Parc Elise and Parc 26—both on Cambie St. Performance Construction will be building Parc Elise.
Expect around $.40/sf for maintenance fees at Parc Elise.
