Floor Plans for Pinnacle on the Park
Pinnacle have not yet publishes finalized floor plans. However, you will be able to choose from five park-facing, 2-bedroom townhouses and 57 1-bedroom, 68 2-bedroom, one 3-bedroom, and six 4-bedroom condominiums.

Amenities at Pinnacle on the Park
Residents will be able to enjoy the amenities offered by a ground floor courtyard which provides a space for lounging and a small lawn area for ball play within a zone secure from the adjacent laneway. Homes along Ontario Street and 1st Avenue will have raised patios with planters for a low evergreen hedge that provides privacy and separation.

A 689 sq ft lounge with an outdoor patio on the northwest corner provides a shared activity space for events and gatherings, while a 1,055 sq ft fitness room with 222 sq ft terrace on the second floor makes it convenient to get a workout without having to go outside to a gym.

The podium rooftop on the sixth floor is Pinnacle on the Park’s amenity centrepiece. Highlights include urban agriculture plots with dwarf fruits trees and edible plants, a small children’s play area, an outdoor dining/ lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen with harvest table. This will be an ideal space for residents to have larger gatherings and take in picture-perfect views of East Park and the North Shore mountains.

Finally, two of the top-floor penthouses will be able to enjoy spectacular city vistas from their own 330 sq ft private terraces set amidst an extensive green roof.

Parking and Storage
Parking and storage will be contained in a 4.5-level underground parkade accessed from the lane. Plans call for 166 vehicle stalls with five disabled, 10 visitor, one co-op, and one vehicle share parking spaces. There will also be 34 electric vehicle charging spaces. Bicycles can be stored in 171 lockers and 95 residential storage lockers will be available.

Maintenance Fees at Pinnacle on the Park
As this development is currently in pre-construction, maintenance fees have yet to be determined.

Established in 1961, the firm has demonstrated the ability to effectively service clients and produce numerous public and private facilities throughout British Columbia.

This is the third project in Southeast False Creek for Pinnacle and Bingham + Hill. Previously, they collaborated on Pinnacle Living False Creek and The One at 88 West 1st Avenue.
