At the northeast corner of the property is a public park with a playground, that Bianco Developments will be dedicating additional land to, to exapand it.

Does Skyview Mission have Parking & Storage?

Each home has an internal 2-car garage — mostly tandem — with an EV charging station rough-in. An epoxy floor coating is optional.

Uncovered parking stalls for 30 visitor vehicles are distributed throughout the townhouse portion of the property.

Storage space for one resident bicycle is provided in each garage. Racks for 33 visitor bicycles are located next to the amenity building.

Bianco Developments is a family-owned development that was founded by Scott Bianco, CPA, a former Canadian wrestler who competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics.

Mara + Natha Architecture is a Burnaby-based practice founded by principal, Robert Lee.

For 22 years, the firm has been providing innovative and professional architectural services throughout the Lower Mainland, as well as in Alberta and Saskatchewan for the past 10 years.
