Pre-Construction Deposits for The Kerrisdale Gardens
Deposits for The Kerrisdale Gardens will be 16% in total broken down as follows:
· $10,000 bank draft or certified cheque upon signing of Contract of Purchase and Sale
· 10% on the seventh day after contract acceptance (initial $10,000 incuded)
· 5% on or before April 30, 2014
· 1% on or before September 30, 2014
Parking and Storage
All of the homes at The Kerrisdale Gardens have either one or two parking stalls included (dependant on the size of home). There is one locker that is assigned to each home as well. At this time there are no additional stalls or lockers that are available for purchase. .
