Floor Plans for University District
Divided between two towers, Phase 2 of University District will offer 722 condominiums ranging in size from 417 – 1,126 sq ft comprised of the following:

  • 1 x 3-bedroom

Along the property perimeter will be 20 townhomes ranging in size from 861 – 1,512 sq ft. Each will have a kitchen, bathroom, and living room on the first level and bedrooms with bathrooms on the second level. Nine of the townhouses have a third floor consisting of a master bedroom with bathroom. Each townhouse has a private patio on the first level, and the nine 3-storey townhouses have an additional private patio on the third floor.

Amenities at University District
Over 23,000 sq ft of indoor amenity space will include a 368 sq ft bike pavilion on the ground floor of Tower 1 with bicycle cleaning and maintenance areas, lockers, lounge space, and storage for trailers and strollers. In Tower 2, a 1,851-sq-ft bike pavilion provides the same facilities, as well as an indoor cycling studio. A 1,413-sq-ft double-height amenity lobby and lounge, connected to an outdoor seating area, provides the entrance to a shared indoor amenity facility. A 6,438-sq-ft fitness studio is located on Level 3 of Tower 2. Washrooms, change facilities, a business centre, and a multi-purpose room are also on this level. Another amenity on Level 4 consists of a kitchen with eating area, a lounge, a play area, a meeting room, and a multi-purpose room.

Proposed outdoor amenities offer a combined total of 24,100 sq ft of space throughout the development. An amenity area adjacent to Tower 1 will include a children’s play area, a water feature with benches, and a small seating area with a fire table. A courtyard with seating is located adjacent to the Tower 2 amenity lounge and lobby, as well as the bike pavilion. A large outdoor pool deck is located on Level 5, the rooftop of the Tower 2 podium. It will include an outdoor dining area and barbecue, cabanas, a small seating area with fire table, and lounge chairs to complement the pool. A small adjacent indoor amenity area will provide changing rooms.

Parking and Storage
Four levels of underground parking will provide 645 vehicle spaces, consisting of 585 residential, 55 visitor, five commercial, and 10 accessible stalls. In addition, there will be 1,252 bicycle parking spaces. An at-grade secure bike storage facility in Tower 2 will provide 25 electric and cargo bikes for shared use by residents.
