About Surrey Central
Surrey Central consists of East and West Newton, Fleetwood Tynehead, Queen Mary Park, Panorama Ridge, Bear Creek and Sulivan Station.
The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board refers to this subsection of Surrey as simply “Surrey”, which is confusing. So, for clarity, we’ve chosen to present it as Surrey Central. This name was formerly used for a Federal electoral district which was similar in geography.
Newton, with its competitive real estate market, is known to be one of the most affluent neighbourhoods in the city. You will find spacious mansions and bungalows. Fleetwood contains a mix of fully detached residential homes and some low-rise condos that have recently been developed.
