The Oakridge area in Vancouver is soon to be home to a major centre, similar to the hubs that have sprouted up around Brentwood, Lougheed and Metrotown in Burnaby. It already has an underground Skytrain station at the corner of Cambie and 41st Ave. True to form the Cambie Corridor with the Canada Line Stations is growing with High-rise condos and low-rise townhomes along its route.
