Amenities at Wynwood Green
Wynwood Green will offer over 22,000 sq ft of amenity space. A stand-alone amenity building has an area for a gym and social lounge with a kitchen. It is surrounded by outdoor seating and picnic areas, and overlooks an on-site childrens play area. A guest suite accessible to residents of both towers is provided in Tower B. A putting green will be situated at the southeast corner of the property.

Parking and Storage
