Arterra by Polygon Homes is a 6-storey mixed-use building coming soon to North Vancouver. It contains 90 condominiums and 10,988 sq ft of ground floor retail space.

Up to ten retail units will face 15th Street. They can be combined into larger spaces. These are set back from the sidewalk to provide raised, south-facing patios.

Arterra will offer a selection of 11 diverse floorplans. With interiors from 460 – 1,058 sq ft, these range from 1- to 3-bedroom layouts.

Over 4,000 sq ft of building amenities include a landscaped terrace with an outdoor dining space, a fire table lounge, and a covered area that’s sheltered from the weather.

Two levels of underground parking will provide storage for 145 bicycles and stalls for 129 vehicles, of which all resident spaces have EV chargers.

Situated in the Marine-Hamilton neighbourhood on 15th Street West, between Marine Drive and Fell Avenue, Arterra is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and transit.

Directly south, on the opposite side of Marine Drive, Capilano Square and Capilano Mall include Walmart, Choices Markets, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollar Tree, and  Global Pet Foods.

For keeping fit, the Mosquito Creek Tail begins one block away. Hike or bike north, all the way to the new Delbrook Community Recreation Centre, which offers a swimming pool, gym, and squash courts.

Car-free travel to Lonsdale Quay, Park Royal, and downtown Vancouver is as easy as boarding a bus on either side of Marine Drive.
