A new 3-storey community centre will include a daycare with an outdoor playground. Next door to Ashton, Marie Place Park will be expanded and enhanced. Nearby Seylynn and Bridgman parks are being redesigned and upgraded. A high street on Mountain Highway, between Crown and Hunter streets, will be the commercial heart of the community with shops, services, and a grocery. Until completed, the Real Canadian Superstore is on the east side of Highway 1 for groceries. Canadian Tire, Dollarama, and PetSmart are less than a 10-minute walk away. For connections to other points in the Lower Mainland, numerous bus routes can be accessed from Phibbs Exchange. Highway 1 is just 4 minutes away.

    Indoor amenities feature a social lounge, a co-working room with a conference table & individual offices, and a designated dog wash area for your four-legged friends. Outdoors, a future expanded Marie Place Park will be constructed at the north end of Ashton. A “green spine” linear park, between the park and Crown Street, runs parallel along Marie Place. A mid-block connection through the Ashton property, will provide a pedestrian connection between Marie Place and the new commercial lane on the west side.

    Are Parking and Storage available?

    Two levels of underground parking will accommodate 161 vehicles, of which 14 are visitors. All parking spots come equipped with a level 2 EV charger. Each home comes with a bike and storage locker, with charging capabilities, located on the unit’s floor. There is also a bike repair room with a stand and tools. A shared pickup/drop-off area will be located off the lane, near the building entries.
