At the corner of Berton Avenue and Binning Road, a public plaza will feature an art piece by Brent Comber using reclaimed timber from the property. Further west, on Berton Avenue, a landscaped entry plaza provides passage to the main tower entry. It is furnished with a mixture of benches, lounge chairs, and a seat wall. An interior amenity room off the lobby is proposed as a study room with accessible washroom. An adjacent outdoor patio will offer lounge chairs and a co-working table with electrical outlets and charging stations. A private courtyard between the condominium tower and the townhomes will feature a central lawn with a pathway that leads to a secondary patio space. This patio will be covered by a metal pergola, under which benches and lounge chairs will be placed.
