Zero Degrees of Separation
The Conservatory is Polygon’s latest development, coming soon to UBC’s award-winning, master-planned community of Wesbrook Village. Consisting of four city homes and a collection of 1- and 2-bedroom concrete condominiums, there’s an enviable mix of amenities in the neighbourhood for the whole family to enjoy: state-of-the-art aquatic and fitness centres, cycling paths, world-class museums, acclaimed concert halls… the lifestyle experience here is truly one-of-a-kind.
At The Conservatory, a network of meticulously-landscaped urban parks span throughout Wesbrook Village, with water features, greenways, plazas, outdoor seating, and children’s play areas. Next door is Pacific Spirit Regional Park — 763 hectares of pristine forest with 33 different walking trails that weave through the majestic forest. Other gems of the city, such as Kitsilano, Kerrisdale and Granville Island, are just minutes away.

Amenities at The Conservatory
At the corner of Berton Avenue and Binning Road, a public plaza will feature an art piece by Brent Comber using reclaimed timber from the property. Further west, on Berton Avenue, a landscaped entry plaza provides passage to the main tower entry. It is furnished with a mixture of benches, lounge chairs, and a seat wall. An interior amenity room off the lobby is proposed as a study room with accessible washroom. An adjacent outdoor patio will offer lounge chairs and a co-working table with electrical outlets and charging stations. A private courtyard between the condominium tower and the townhomes will feature a central lawn with a pathway that leads to a secondary patio space. This patio will be covered by a metal pergola, under which benches and lounge chairs will be placed.

Three levels of underground will offer storage for 411 bicycles and parking for 258 vehicles, of which 22 are accessible and 22 are for visitors.
