A selection of 3- & 4-bedroom floor plans include single or double garages, fenced private yards, lower level flex rooms, and unfinished storage space. Six uncovered visitor parking spaces, including one accessible stall, are primarily located along the driveway on the east property line.

Greyson is located in an established, single-family home neighbourhood at the edge of Saanich’s commercial core. Conveniently, Uptown Shopping Centre is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find Walmart, Whole Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Best Buy, PetSmart, and a variety of eateries. Nearby recreation amenities include the tennis courts and sports fields at Hampton Park and, the indoor facilities of G.R. Pearkes Recreation Centre.
