Twenty floorplans offer a range of layouts from 561 – 1,232 sq ft with one to three bedrooms. Four plans are adaptable and select 1- and 2-bedroom plans feature a den. The four buildings consist of the following unit mix:

Amenities at Hayer Town Centre
Residents will enjoy shared use of a 0.25-acre public urban green, located between Building 2 and Building 3, that includes an amenity building, dog run, and social fire pits. The community amenity building features a party room and a sports lounge. Each of the four buildings will also offer rooftop patios with lounge seating, tables, and chairs.
Parking and Storage
