The Heart of Lynn Creek
Hunter is a new condominium and townhouse development from Intergulf Development Group that is coming to Lynn Creek Town Centre. The 2.1-acre site is situated at the southwest corner of Mountain Highway and Hunter Street, with Seylynn Park to the north, Lynn Creek to the west, and commercial + a light industrial area to the south. A 26,000 square feet community centre on the corner will be located on Mountain Highway and Hunter Street with the development tucked away next to it on the west side of Hunter and ending at a cul de sac. The project encompasses 311 strata units in total with one 27-storey residential tower to the west and one 16-storey residential tower to the east, joined by a four-storey building with 15 stacked townhomes. Between an amenity building at the south perimeter of the property and the residential buildings, is a landscaped courtyard for shared leisure use.

As the vision for the heart of Lynn Creek Town Centre is to create a focal point for community services and facilities, Hunter will enable the development of a three-level community centre, including daycare with outdoor playground. Other public realm improvements that Intergulf will contribute in the neighbourhood include a rain garden and street parking on the south side of Seylynn Park, the planting of street trees along Hunter Street, construction of a linked multi-use path on the west side of the development, an all-weather bus shelter near the corner of Hunter & Mountain Highway, development of a large public plaza fronting the community centre, and construction of separated bike lanes along Mountain Highway.

Amenities at Hunter
In conjunction with this development, a 28,000 sq ft community centre with a daycare and public plaza, to be owned and operated by the District of North Vancouver, will be constructed next door. The east tower is adjoined to the community centre via a second storey outdoor play area for the daycare. An amenity building will be located to the south of the townhouse structure. In between will be a landscaped courtyard.

As part of this project, Intergulf will conduct a number of infrastructure improvements in the surrounding area, including the construction of a paved multi-use path along Lynn Creek next to the development site, the installation of an all-weather bus shelter near the southeast corner of Seylynn Park, and the construction of separated bike lanes along Mountain Highway.

Parking and Storage
Four levels of parking will be available with two underground levels, one at ground level, and one on the second storey of the east residential tower. A total of 472 vehicle spaces will be provided, consisting of 390 resident, 33 visitor, and 49 for the community centre. Two stalls will be for car share vehicles. Secure bicycle storage within the parkade will be provided by 421 Class 1 stalls for residents and six for community centre users. Another 66 unsecured Class 2 stalls in bike racks will be available for residents and 12 for the community centre. A bicycle repair station will be provided to Hunter residents.
