McKinley Beach is an amenity-rich community. Next door to The Benches is the 40-acre Azhadi Estate vineyard & winery, currently in development. It will include a restaurant and tasting room. Its distinct architecture is inspired by a Persian passive cooling tower in combination with the Modern style expressed by Arthur Erickson and Frank Lloyd Wright. Planting was begun in 2019, with an anticipated opening in 2025.
