    Concert Properties and Raymond Letkeman Architects are bringing new presale condos and rental apartments to West Coquitlam.

    Six New Residential Towers for Cottonwood Avenue

    As part of a property exchange with its Burquitlam Park project, Concert Properties and Raymond Letkeman Architects will redevelop the properties at 530 & 550 Cottonwood Avenue and 663 & 675 Whiting Way with six highrises. Called Whitgrift Gardens, two of the towers will exclusively offer rental apartments. The remaining four towers will provide 1,187 market condominiums. Concert expects to develop the site in phases over the next 10 years, including the construction of a standalone amenity building, the extension of Emerson Street, and the expansion of neighbouring Cottonwood Park.

    An amenity building is planned for the shared use of all residents with programming to be determined. Possible outdoor amenity areas include spaces for ping pong, chess, a children’s playground, a harvest table, urban agriculture, and a butterfly garden. An extensive network of public and private landscaped courtyard and pedestrian pathways will provide linkages through the new community and to the surrounding neighbourhood.

    Underground parking will provide 2,350 vehicle stalls, of which 1,993 is for residents and 357 for visitors. Bicycle storage, shower and change facilities will also be available for staff, as well as general bicycle storage for all residents.
