What are the Amenities at Marco Polo?

Residents will enjoy shared use of a large roof deck with an adjoining multi-purpose room. Large planters at the centre help subdivide the space into smaller, more intimate elements. Two large urban agriculture zones will be provided, as well as a large outdoor kitchen, an eating area, a fire pit lounge, and some small outdoor games and exercise areas.

A generous street frontage, along both Cambie and 49th Avenue, have been designed to provide a series of linear open spaces for eating, bike racks, and café tables.
