The Story Continues
Coming this fall to Cloverdale Town Centre, Chronicle is a limited collection of 1- & 2-bedroom condominiums by Tangerine Developments. Located on the site of a former dairy, a 5-storey woodframe building will be constructed over two levels of underground parking. The original 1924 Craftsman heritage home that is associated with the interwar agricultural development of Cloverdale, will be moved, restored, and utilized as an amenity space. An adjacent courtyard will provide space to socialize with friends, for kids to play, or host outdoor dinner parties.
At Chronicle you can appreciate the familiarity of small town living with the benefits of urban conveniences. The cafes, restaurants, and shops of downtown Cloverdale are just steps from your front door. Your first stop of the day will undoubtedly be the excellent Republica Coffee Roasters. Your last stop may be to wind down at Hawthorne Beer Market & Bistro during happy hour. Clover Square Village offers all your daily shopping needs just one block away, or enjoy the bountry of the surrounding farms at Cloverdale Country Market. The true heart of Cloverdale, however, has to be the fairgrounds and its environs where you’ll find the BC Vintage Truck Museum, arena, curling rink, recreation centre, youth park, Bill Reid Millennium Amphitheatre, Fraser Downs Racetrack, and Elements Casino. Enjoy modern conveniences while being seamlessly connected to the rich history of Cloverdale.
