Amenities at Chronicle

Common areas available to residents are centred on the restored 1924 Main Residence, which will be used as an amenity space that features a multi‐purpose room, kitchen, and washroom facilities. Adjacent to the Main Residence will be a courtyard with a children’s play area, flexible seating space, and a lounge area with harvest table and barbeque. An additional multi‐purpose room will be on the second floor overlooking the lobby.

Parking and Storage
Two levels of underground parking will provide storage for 63 bicycles and parking for 82 vehicles, of which 10 are visitor stalls and 2 are accessible. Ground level racks will be provided for 6 bicycles.
