    Amenities at Juniper Grove
    McKinley Beach is an amenity-rich community. An extensive trail network links its neighbourhoods. At the bottom of the Juniper Grove cul-de-sac, a pathway connects directly to the overall McKinley Beach trail system that runs adjacent to Arrowleaf Pond and throughout hundreds of acres. Immediately adjacent to the pond, is an amenity centre which hosts a tennis court, pickleball courts, community garden plots, and a playground.

    The community's 40-acre signature winery & vineyard will include a tasting room & restaurant.

    Nearby, on Hilltown Drive, is the 40-acre Azhadi Estate vineyard & winery currently in development. It will include a restaurant and tasting room. Its distinct architecture is inspired by a Persian passive cooling tower in combination with the Modern style expressed by Arthur Erickson and Frank Lloyd Wright. Planting was begun in 2019, with an anticipated opening in 2025.

    McKinley Beach also has one kilometre of accessible, swimmable lakefront with a beachfront firepit barbeque area. Boaters can moor their watercraft at the community’s private 110-slip marina.

    Maintenance Fees at Juniper Grove
    TBA. Homeowners will have a monthly strata fee which covers basic road maintenance, garbage and recycling removal, and water consumption. The McKinley Beach community amenity fee is included with the monthly strata fee.
