    Each tower encloses a landscaped third floor courtyard with resident amenities that include a pool and hot tub, putting green, lawns, an al fresco dining area with kitchen, an outdoor fitness space, and lounge areas. Between the two courtyards is a multi-purpose room that can be booked for events or gatherings. On level 2, each tower has an indoor fitness room.

    Parking and Storage
    A 2-level, above ground parkade will provide 261 secure bicycle lockers, a bike repair and wash station, and 297 vehicle parking stalls, of which 58 are for visitors and 7 are accessible. A parking pad in the south lane will be available for use by food trucks. Short-term racks for 26 visitor bicycles are located in front of the lobby entrances. Floors 3-6 will also include storage lockers for residents.
