Choose your own custom plan or Acorn offers over 20 standard plans that can be modified to suit your needs. Due to the sloped topography at Sunset Ranch, all home styles are Craftsman walkout ranchers. This means each home is positioned above the one below for a panoramic vista and you will not have to walk up stairs to your main living space. All lower levels are full basements with the same footprint as the main level.
