What Floor Plans are offered for The Grove?
There are 11 different floorplans offered, ranging from 1,112 to 1,436 sq ft. All homes include patios, fenced yards, and balconies off the master bedroom that span from 398 to 628 sq ft. In Building 4, each of the upper residences have a private rooftop deck. Five ground-level units can be accessed without having to use stairs. Additionally, all townhomes in five of the buildings have direct access to the underground parkade through their basements. Layouts consist of the following mix:
