Amenities at The Maisonettes
The Mews Court is a landscaped space between the two buildings that connects a north-south walkway with a hanging garden on the west property line, with an outdoor amenity on the east property line which includes outdoor seating, children’s play elements, and a sloping lawn. On either side of the Court are private patios for the respective ground-facing homes. At the northwest corner of the south building is a multi-purpose room for use by residents of both buildings.
