The north building consists of stacked 2-storey townhomes in a 4-storey woodframe structure. It offers a choice of 21 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units.

The two 6-storey buildings have a total of 20 two-storey townhomes occupying the first two floors. On floors 3 – 6, is the following mix of condominiums:

• 27 x 2-bedroom
• 4 x 3-bedroom

What Amenities does Waterstock Properties provide?

All amenity spaces will be available for use by residents of all three buildings.

On the east side of the north building is a multi-function space with a lounge, kitchen, and dining area. An adjacent courtyard features a patio seating area, lounge, and community garden.

On the east side of the central building is a larger outdoor common area that includes a playground, multi-use lawn, a barbeque dining area, a plaza, and a stormwater garden.
