Smart in Every Way
Coming soon to Maillardville, Coquitlam’s newest landmark combines contemporary living with the neighbourhood’s rich history to create a community that is as unique as it is convenient. ML Emporio will replace two commercial buildings at the corner of Lougheed Highway and Blue Mountain Street with a 25-storey highrise and a 4-storey podium. Loma will provide almost 10,000 sq ft of commercial space and a combination of market and non-market residential homes. With expansive views of the Lower Mainland and elegantly designed interiors, it’s smart in every way.
Further development in this area is expected, such as Horizon 21 on the south side of Lougheed, as the Maillardville Neighbourhood Plan has designated it as a “Neighbourhood Centre”. It will become the high-density, mixed-use core of the community.
