Amenities at Auberry
Each building will have a ground floor amenity room of over 600 sq ft with an adjoining patio, located on opposite sides of an outdoor children’s play area that is part of a central, landscaped courtyard separating the buildings. Ground level residences will each have their own patio with privacy landscaping. The fifth floor setback functions as a patio for each suite on that level. The penthouses on the top floor of each building will have access to their own private, landscaped rooftop deck above their units that include outdoor kitchens and lounges.
