Amenities at Mateah
A grand staircase with terraced gardens provides lobby, restaurant, and retail access.

More than 85% of the property will be dedicated to public amenities including pathways, plazas, water features, terraces, green spaces, and seating. Mateah’s central paseo incorporates a grand staircase that descends to a commercial plaza and Garry Oak-inspired green spaces. There will also be a 50-space daycare operated by YMCA-YWCA of Vancouver Island.

Parking and Storage
Two levels of underground parking will accommodate 314 vehicles for residential, commercial, and industrial users; 68 visitor parking spaces with 3 accessible stalls; and two dedicated car share vehicle spaces operated by the strata. The lower parkade, used for residents and light industrial employees, will be served by a CityLift automated parking system. All residential parking stalls will be pre-wired for EV chargers. The upper level parkade is assigned to commercial, daycare, and visitor usage. There are loading zones within the parkade and layby parking on Enterprise Crescent.

Storage for 297 bicycles will be distributed on different levels throughout the development. The lowest parkade level will accommodate 67 bicycles. On the next level, 12 bicycles will be located adjacent to that parkade entrance, and a room for 83 bicycles will be located under the northeast building. End-of-trip facilities are also located on this floor. A room for 136 bicycles and e-bikes is located on the next floor, under the northwest building. Ten shared e-bikes will also be available for use by residents. Racks for 22 visitor bicycles are found near each of the building entries in the public paseo and lower terrace.
