Floor Plans for 1335 Howe
Onni has not yet formally published final floor plans for 1335 Howe. However, at this time we expect a limited collection of customizable 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom residences, ranging from 1,100 – 5,600 sq ft.
Amenities at 1335 Howe
At ground level will be a fitness room at the south end of the podium. Between the central lobby area and the north section, will be an outdoor water feature with an art space.
The water feature is a shallow pool at the base of a waterfall that cascades down a wall next to the residential lobby entrance. A landscaped island occupies the northeast corner of the water feature, providing a pebble beach interface to the water and a buffer to the adjacent sidewalk. The residential tower entry is expressed as a wood bridge over the water feature with a glazed vestibule overlooking the feature pool.
The eighth floor will offer residents a lounge, games room, and meeting room within the building. Outside, on the podium roof to the north of the tower, will be a shared amenity space. The west edge of the roof is envisioned as a dog run separated from the amenity space with fencing and a landscaped planter. The area next to the building will be surfaced in wood decking and features a barbecue and firepit, as well as moveable tables and chairs. The remainder is in lawn and pavers with gardens along the east side. A covered seating area is located along the north edge to provide a visual buffer to the next building.
Parking and Storage
Plans call for seven levels of underground to include 486 bike stalls and 430 vehicle parking spots, of which 44 have outlets for electric vehicles. There are also two Class B loading docks.
