The Granary at Southlands is a 3-storey woodframe development, located in Tsawwassen’s Boundary Bay neighborhood at Red Barn Boulevard and Market Avenue. Developed by Century Group, it offers 16 garden flats and 19 walk-up townhomes with an architecture inspired by traditional agricultural buildings. The garden flats consist of four distinct 1-bedroom floorplans ranging from 608 to 668 sq ft, while the townhomes offer a choice of six 2- & 3-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,070 to 1,433 sq ft. Residents can enjoy a central garden courtyard with a communal outdoor dining area. The Four Winds brewery and gastropub encloses the north end of the courtyard. Southlands is a 537-acre master-planned community modelled on traditional agrarian villages, with homes placed next to small organic farms that feed their communities.
