It is comprised of 430 acres of productive farmland, and 107 acres of residential pockets that include parkland and a commercial district with shops, cafés, and farmers’ markets. The 950 homes feature a mix of cottages, townhomes, country flats, and row homes. Four kilometres of multi-use pathways for walking and cycling meander through the property, leading to Boundary Bay Park and Centennial Beach across Boundary Bay Road. Most of your household shopping needs can be satisfied at Market Square, or in the shops of Tsawwassen Mills and Tsawwassen Commons.
