Each of the townhomes has three bedrooms — some with dens — and parking for two vehicles; select plans provide a double garage.

Ross & Company Interiors have crafted a selection of two colour schemes to finish your home. Finishings include luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, and terrazzo tile.

What Amenities does Mercer Village include?

Homeowners will have use of a network of internal green spaces, as well as greenways along Stanley Street and Duncan Street, a dog run, and a children’s play area.

Both sides of Mercer Street will offer a total of approximately 10,000 sq ft of commercial space with residential homes above.

A commercial centre, located between Mercer and Furness streets, will provide an additional 40,000 sq ft of retail space and two public plazas at either end of Mercer Street.

Do Plat:form + Domus provide Parking & Storage?

Every home has parking for two vehicles that’s roughed in for electric vehicle charging. Of the 146 townhomes, 92 have a tandem parking configuration.

There is additional off-street parking for 25 vehicles which can be shared between resident visitors and the commercial units.
