In the Heart of Coquitlam City Centre
Onni Group and Ciccozzi Architecture are building a three-tower, mixed-use development at the corner of Pinetree Way and Glen Drive in Coquitlam City Centre. A 6-storey podium will contain a total of 17,000 sq ft of commercial retail units, 46,520 sq ft of office space, a daycare for 80-100 children, and over 70,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor amenity space. A 50-storey and a 45-storey tower will offer 705 condominiums ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. A 22-storey highrise will contain 186 market rental apartments with layouts ranging from 1- to 3-bedroom units. Called Pine & Glen, the project is aiming to achieve a LEED Silver green building equivalency with an onsite natural gas micro district energy system and taking into consideration its proximity to an Evergreen Line rapid transit station.

Amenities at Pine & Glen
Indoor amenity spaces are located on levels 3 and 6 in the podium and towers. Uses will include a bowling alley on Level 3; seating and lounge areas; sauna & steam bath; yoga, games, fitness, and multi-purpose rooms. Four end-of-trip facilities on levels 2-5 of the podium will be provided for office tenants. Bike station repair rooms will also be provided for market condo, rental, and commercial occupants. Outdoor amenities will consist of a pool and hot tub, covered cabanas, great lawn with perimeter seating and outdoor kitchen, a kid’s play zone, bocce ball and other outdoor games, communal urban garden, and a dog run.
Parking and Storage
An eight-level parkade, two of which are underground and six above, will provide 1,329 vehicle parking stalls, including 832 with a Level 2 electric vehicle charging outlet. Two carshare vehicles will also be available onsite. Bicycle parking will consist of 1,166 spaces, of which 1,002 are long-term, 233 for rental tenants, and 31 are for short-term use.
